Following our completion of the electrical installation for the Dsquared2 flagship store in the heart of London’s Saville Row, we were contracted to convert the empty second floor space to office accommodation. 24 Savile Row is a truly unique development occupying a prominent corner position the building. 24 Savile Row has been intricately designed to provide the highest quality office floors, along with a striking entrance enveloped in marble which delivers an exclusive experience on arrival.

Dsquared2 has designed clothing for celebrities such as Lady Gaga and Madonna and have 8,000 sq ft of retail and 4,500 sq ft of office space at this new development at 49 Conduit Street and 24 Savile Row.

We installed the full electrical installation, helping to deliver an exciting high end office scheme. The flagship unit includes a lower ground, ground and first floor and the retailer has also signed up to second floor offices in the overarching 24 Savile Row scheme.
