Case Study // Study Inn

Following our successful completion of student accommodation projects in Coventry and Loughborough we were delighted to be awarded the next Study Inn project in Nottingham. This former City Centre Experian headquarters building underwent an extensive redesign, remodelling and extension of the building providing a stunning result which allows students to experience the full luxury of student accommodation. This is the largest project we have undertaken for Study Inn providing 288 Student Rooms with an electrical contract value of C. £1 Million.

Study Inn’s studios offer a fantastic design for student living with latest state-of-art facilities, including wellness spa & gym, big screen cinema, yoga studio, and its very own piano!

A period of twelve months on site saw us successfully complete our third major project for the midlands-based company, completing within schedule in order for the students to take residence in time for the start of the University term.

We are looking forward to the opportunity of moving onto the next project; Leeds in 2021.
