Our directors identified the need to extend our business into our own premises and viewed several commercial properties for sale before stumbling across this fabulous site; a period farmhouse situated on the edge of the sought after village of Edwinstowe boasting approximately five acres of land along with numerous traditional outbuildings, and so much potential for development to extend our future business premises. Enjoying panoramic views over open farmland out towards Sherwood Forest Holly Farm is a substantial late Victorian farmhouse in need of renovation having a range of traditional barns in a courtyard formation in a near parkland setting (5.00 acres) to the south of Edwinstowe, close to Center Parcs and Sherwood Pines.
Held on Saturday 14 May our directors were the winning bidders with more than 150 people in attendance at Smith & Partners Spring Country Property Auction.
Planners have now been instructed to apply for full commercial use which we hope will allow us to commence the restoration and development works in early 2017. We look forward to showing the progress of the development on future news pages.
