Holly Farm Progress
Following six months on site the Holly Farm redevelopment is progressing nicely.
Works are to renovate and convert the Victorian farmhouse and range of traditional barns for our new Business Premises.
The development will consist of eight offices within a three-storey Victorian farmhouse. Barn 3 will have a reception, waiting area and accounts office, barn 2 providing a reception and four further offices, whilst Barn 1 will be an impressive two storey conversion with a huge frontal glazed atrium, boasting open plan office space on the ground floor leading, via a spiral staircase, to first floor directors offices and boardroom with glazed partitions linked by gantry’s to the full height atrium enjoying panoramic views over open farmland towards Sherwood Forest.
Work is on programme to complete in April 2018.
