Archer Electrical are delighted to be involved in undertaking electrical projects for McDonalds modern ‘Experience the Future’ Restaurants with touchscreen table service.
Rather than queuing up to be served, customers choose their meals on the touch screen kiosks and get their meal brought to their table.
Digital innovation is at the heart of the transformation including option to customise classic burgers, ordering and paying by smartphone, card or contactless. By the time customers get to the counter, their order should be ready. As well as the touch screen ordering, free to use tablets have been installed at some tables for customers who want to check their newsfeed and emails, charge their phones or play the latest games. Technology has a huge role to play in all walks of life, including customers’ eating out experience, so the new technology introduced recognises the way people live their lives today.
The future sees us undertaking even more McDonald’s projects having been allocated ‘Experience the Future’ restaurant fit-outs in Canvey Island, Maidenhead, Southall, Watford, Bletchley and Shepherds Bush following the success of our first installation at Westfield, Stratford.
